Our Founder, Laura was invited to speak at a networking breakfast with Havering Chamber of Commerce at Bedfords Park - Essex Wildlife Trust, Havering.


Laura guided the group through 5 minutes of introspection with a worksheet to complete. The location was very beautiful and relaxing, perfect for reflection and relaxation.
